Every corporate event at Wild Horse Ranch is fully catered and coordinated by our in-house team. Our chef prepares Southwestern-inspired menus with fresh, local ingredients that go well beyond standard banquet fare. Full bar service with signature cocktails is included. A dedicated event coordinator manages your timeline, vendor communication, and all day-of logistics. Setup, breakdown, tables, chairs, linens, centerpiece options, and all taxes and fees are covered. One hour of cocktail service with wait staff, bar staff, and a complimentary appetizer is included, along with on-site parking assistance for your guests. Optional add-ons include a 70-inch TV rental for presentations and slideshows, a photo booth for team photos, and extra cocktail hours for networking.

The venue accommodates groups from 60 to 200 guests. The climate-controlled indoor reception hall features a built-in dance floor and full bar, ideal for seated dinners and presentations. The large outdoor patio offers sunset views and open-air networking space. Two garden areas provide more intimate breakout settings. The entire property is exclusively yours for the duration of your event. There are no other bookings, no shared spaces, and no time pressure.

Location and Logistics

The Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch is located at 6801 N. Camino Verde in Tucson, Arizona, approximately 20 minutes from Tucson International Airport and easily accessible from Interstate 10. For multi-day events or out-of-town attendees, several hotels are located within 10 to 15 minutes and we provide a hotel map with recommended accommodations. On-site parking is complimentary for all guests.
