Since 2019, the Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch has opened its doors to engaged couples looking for a wedding venue that feels like more than a floor plan in a brochure. Our bridal showcases are on-site open houses where you walk the actual property — the ceremony garden, the dining hall, the dance hall, the outdoor patios — and see it set up for a real celebration. Local vendors demonstrate in the spaces where they would work on your wedding day. You are not imagining what your wedding could be. You are standing inside it.

The ranch runs from daylight through golden hour through evening, so you see every phase your wedding night would unfold. Past showcases have featured food tastings from the in-house kitchen, happy hour drinks at the bar, live music, and face-to-face meetings with florists, photographers, DJs, bakers, and more — all on twenty acres of Sonoran Desert with the Tucson Mountains as the backdrop.

What to Expect

A Wild Horse Ranch bridal showcase is not a convention center expo with folding tables and fluorescent lights. Every vendor sets up in the real space where they would work on your wedding day. The florist displays in the ceremony garden. The DJ plays in the dance hall. The caterer serves in the dining hall. You walk through the property and experience it as a guest would — food, drinks, music, and atmosphere included.

Venue tours run throughout the event so you can see every indoor and outdoor space. Our events team is available for one-on-one consultations if you are ready to start planning. Past showcases have included complimentary appetizers, welcome drinks, and giveaways from participating vendors.
