Tucson's Favorite Margarita Festival

Every year since 2018, the Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch has thrown open the gates to one of the most popular things to do in Tucson — the Margarita Fest. Live music, food trucks, and margaritas on a twenty-acre desert ranch with mountain views and wide open sky. It is not a bar. It is not a restaurant patio. It is a proper outdoor festival on a historic ranch, and people keep coming back for a reason.

This year's lineup features Drew Cooper and DJ Obi, a fresh rotation of food trucks, and the margaritas that have kept Tucson coming out year after year. Gates open at 6 PM, the music runs until 10, and the desert sunset is free. Whether you are a first-timer or a Margarita Fest regular, this is one of Tucson's signature annual events.

What to Expect

The whole thing takes place on the grounds of the Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch — the same twenty acres where weddings and private events happen year-round, transformed into a festival setup with stages, food truck rows, and bar stations. The vibe is casual. Wear boots, wear sneakers, wear whatever. Grab a margarita, grab some food, and enjoy live music under the Tucson sky.

The food and drink lineup rotates every year so there is always something new to try. General admission gets you into the full festival. The 2-pack ticket saves you $15 if you are bringing someone along. Non-alcoholic tickets are available for designated drivers and under-21 guests.

Eight Years of Margarita Fest

What started as a single night of margaritas and music has grown into one of Tucson's most anticipated annual festivals. Here is a look back at the lineup over the years:

2018

Inaugural Fest

2019

2023

2024

Every year brings a different lineup, different food trucks, and new drink creations — but the setting stays the same: twenty acres of Sonoran Desert on Arizona's oldest guest ranch.
