On February 4, 2023, the Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch hosted the Oasis Country Fest — an evening of live country music, dancing, food trucks, and beer tastings on twenty acres of Sonoran Desert. Listed on Eventbrite as the Oasis Country Fest, the event brought out The County Line for a full set of country favorites and DJ OBI to keep the dance floor packed between sets.
The tagline said it all: live music, dancing, food trucks, and beer tastings. Show up, grab a beer, grab some food, and dance under the Tucson sky. No dress code, no assigned seating — just a proper outdoor festival on a working ranch. The kind of evening where boots on the dance floor are encouraged and the desert sunset is the opening act.
What Made It Special
Beyond the music, the beer lineup featured local and regional craft brews — tastings that let guests work through a proper selection without committing to a full pour. Food trucks lined the grounds with everything from BBQ to tacos, and the ranch setting gave the whole thing an atmosphere that a parking-lot festival could never match.
The venue itself is part of the experience. The Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch has been hosting events on this property for over 25 years, and the combination of mountain views, open sky, mature trees, and a legitimate stage area made the Country & Beer Fest feel less like a local event and more like something you would drive across the state for.
